Vincent Hernan

From Friday 13th March, the walls of the Ground Café will host Vincent Hernan’s quietly arresting photographs — scenes of tide-marked stone, solitary paths, gathered animals, and the subtle architectures of everyday life.

“In this digital age we are surrounded by eye-catching images, real and imaginary. I like to use photography as an excuse to get out and visit interesting locations and meet people however I’m open to all genres and my idea of a ‘good pic’ is one that demands a second look. This collection does not have a theme but more a selection of images, usually with an interesting historical background, from my sorties over the last six months.”
